Robotics Service Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Robotics Service Specialist to join our team. This role involves deploying, servicing, and training customers on our cutting-edge cleaning robots.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deployment: Install and configure robots at customer sites, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
  • Servicing: Provide on-site support, maintenance, and troubleshooting services to resolve technical issues promptly.
  • User Training: Train customers on robot operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Remote Support: Address technical inquiries, identify issues, and troubleshoot malfunctions remotely to minimize downtime.
  • Cross Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams to resolve robot-related issues, collect feedback, and improve product quality.

Technical Requirements:
  • Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 2-3 years in technical support or servicing, in robotics or automation.
