Job Title: Refrigeration Systems Specialist

Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of refrigeration systems and equipment, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues on-site.

Responsibilities include providing training and guidance to customers on the operation and maintenance of refrigeration systems, as well as creating and maintaining documentation such as troubleshooting guides and technical manuals.

The selected individual will be a key member of our refrigeration support team, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to customer problems.

A strong background in mechanical engineering or a related field is essential for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Prior experience in technical support or field service role within the refrigeration industry.
  • Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems and equipment.
