Chemist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Chemist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting analysis and application studies in polyurethane laminating adhesives and coatings.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct laboratory experiments to develop and implement analytical methods for product evaluation.
  • Operate laboratory instruments such as chromatography systems, FTIR, and universal testing machines.
  • Assist in product research & development (R&D) and application development projects.

Requirements:

  • BSc or MSc in Chemistry (with Honors preferred).
  • 1–2 years of laboratory experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates from local universities are encouraged to apply.
  • Interest in chemical synthesis and hands-on laboratory work.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Benefits:

  • On-the-job training will be provided.
  • Annual Wage Supplement (AWS): 1 month.
  • Variable Bonus (VB): Subject to company performance.
