About the Job: As our Information Security & Risk Governance Lead (GRC), you will be responsible for developing and enforcing cybersecurity policies, standards, and guidelines. This role involves leading evaluations of security and privacy risks, coordinating swift responses to suspected cyber incidents, and monitoring cybersecurity risks to report findings to relevant technical and business executive committees. You will manage the Information Security GRC team, focusing on all cybersecurity aspects within designated regions, domains, and tech portfolios. Additionally, you will drive risk reduction initiatives, ensure effective security measures, and collaborate on cyber strategy and roadmap creation for long-term security goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications: We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 10 years' experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). A solid understanding of cybersecurity frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, MITRE ATTACK, and NIST is essential. Experience in penetration testing and security audits is also required. Cloud Security and consulting background would be highly preferred. Skilled in managing incident response, evaluating cybersecurity risks, and conducting vulnerability assessments. Proven ability to lead a team, with a track record of managing at least 2-3 direct reports.
