Capital Markets Transformation Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Capital Markets transformation efforts. This role will play a critical part in enhancing the effectiveness of our technology platforms and driving business growth.

  • Drive project execution through all stages, from diagnostic to implementation.
  • Plan, lead and perform diagnostic analysis using advanced techniques on large operational transformation engagements.
  • Deliver services in Digital Operations, technology implementations and large mergers and integrations.
  • Facilitate or lead client workshops to scope and design transformational solutions.
  • Identify, manage and mitigate risks and issues throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Develop and improve solutions, methodologies and tools to deliver consistent world-class operating excellence capability.
Requirements for Success
  • Demonstrate experience in planning and leading workstreams on large-scale operational transformation engagements.
  • Deliver services in digital operations, platforms and software implementations.
  • Experience delivering Capital Markets engagements from initiation to implementation.
  • Map and improve current-state business architecture and capabilities across various divisions of an investment bank.
  • Identify and execute opportunities to enhance Capital Markets processes through Robotic Process Automation and Data & Analytics.
  • Design and implement Artificial Intelligence solutions in the Capital Markets sector.
  • Design and implement digitally-enhanced Operating Models using workflow solutions and data-led decisioning.
Desirable Skills
  • Significant expertise in core consulting methodologies such as process mapping and strategy development.
  • Lead client workshops to resolve client issues and design optimised processes.
  • Deep experience in problem identification, solving and design for user and business needs.
  • Strong understanding of digital design methodologies such as service design and business model canvas.
  • Proven ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams in a co-creation environment.
