Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Associate Trainer. This is a part-time position, requiring your service on an adhoc basis. As an Associate Trainer, you will play a key role in implementing programs for classes, guiding students, and maintaining a safe and conducive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective lesson plans to meet the educational needs of primary school children.
  • Guide students to ensure completion of daily homework and provide individual support as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and address each child's educational and developmental needs on an individual basis.
  • Prepare and upkeep teaching resources, arrange the classroom, and maintain a positive learning environment.
  • Build and maintain relationships with students and parents.
  • Conduct MindChamps unique enrichment programmes.
  • Be an inspiring role model with a creative spirit and a champion mindset.
  • Ensure student safety during transfers from school to the centre.
  • Perform other duties as delegated by the Centre Manager.


Requirements:
  • Hold a Diploma or higher in any discipline with at least 2 years of teaching experience with primary school students.
  • Be able to teach primary school subjects.
  • Possess excellent communication and classroom management skills.
  • Be enthusiastic and energetic with a positive mindset to learn and grow together with the company.
  • Exhibit creative energy with a positive disposition.
  • Have excellent communication and classroom management skills.
  • This is a part-time position with flexible working hours.
  • Available to work on Mon to Fri 1-7pm and/or weekends.
