Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer to lead our project team in Singapore. As a Resident Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing all electrical matters for the extension project of a water plant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor, support, and guide the implementation of all electrical works by contractors, including design, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning.
  • Lead a team of Assistant Resident Engineers and Resident Technical Officers, providing technical guidance and support.
  • Work closely with mechanical and ICA teams, as well as other discipline leads, to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Provide clear direction and guidance to Electrical RTOs, acting as a technical supervisor to assist with technical support.
  • Collaborate with other resident engineering teams to ensure seamless coordination and project delivery.
Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the design and construction of large infrastructure projects in Singapore, with experience on PUB projects an added advantage.
  • Understanding of electrical design and experience in the design and implementation of electrical works, including site testing and commissioning.
  • Experience in generating and reviewing design calculations related to electrical equipment and accessories.
  • Experience working with BIM and 3D models an added advantage.
