Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering end-to-end project plans that meet the needs of our Commercial, Technical, Operations and Marketing teams. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering project scope, milestones, timeline, and stakeholders' management based on inputs and requirements from multiple teams.
  • Securing internal and external resources required for project delivery, and working with the Commercial team to recommend re-prioritisation of key feature delivery when necessary.
  • Engaging project stakeholders on a regular basis to ensure timelines are met and milestones achieved.
  • Identifying and managing key risks preemptively, analysing their potential impacts and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Managing relationship with senior executives of both internal and external stakeholders, and escalating issues for resolution in a timely manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
  • More than 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in an insurance industry.
  • Experience in delivering at least one complex cross-organisational technical systems integration project.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Detail-oriented, team player with excellent presentation and analytical skills.
  • Comfortable with overseas travelling.
