We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HR professional to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and confidential employee records, preparing monthly/ad-hoc HR reports for the HR Manager, and supporting payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Prepare and submit regular HR reports to the HR Manager
- Provide administrative support for payroll processes
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Min Diploma in HR Management or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
