Process Engineering Manager Job

The Process Engineering Manager role involves leading a small team in process engineering and sustaining activities for optimization, evaluation, and qualification.

  • Oversee process optimization initiatives to improve yield, productivity, and reduce scrap costs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance process documentation and ensure it remains up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage process engineering teams to achieve KPIs.
  • Support manufacturing line troubleshooting and sustaining.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and resolve customer complaints.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Electronics, Material Science, Physics).
  • 8+ years of experience in process development and engineering sustaining in the electronics manufacturing or semiconductor assembly industry.
  • Proven leadership experience in process engineering teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of statistical tools (SPC, Minitab, DOE, FMEA, JMP).
  • ISO and EHS management system knowledge.

Preferred Skills:

  • Management and leadership.
  • Manufacturing engineering.
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Root cause analysis.
