Job Title: Senior Hair and Beauty Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Hair and Beauty Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our hair and beauty services, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through expert hair and beauty treatments.

Your primary focus will be on providing high-quality threading and waxing services, including Brazilian waxing. You will also be expected to offer a range of facial treatments tailored to clients' individual needs. Additionally, you will deliver hair services such as cutting, coloring, styling, washing & blow-dry, and hair treatments.

You will work closely with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized consultation and recommendations on suitable products and services. Your administrative duties will include managing appointments, maintaining the cleanliness of the workspace, and handling customer inquiries.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in the hair and beauty industry. Experience in the full spectrum of hair treatments and services is highly desirable.
