Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize stockouts.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and materials.
  • Replenishment Planning: Oversee the replenishment of stock to assigned counties and sites, ensuring that inventory levels are maintained at optimal levels.
  • Material Shortage Management: Identify and address material shortages in a timely and effective manner, submitting allocation plans as needed.
  • Inventory Analysis: Monitor inventory development and compare production output against planned targets, identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education: Min. Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related fields.
  • Experience: Min years of Supply Chain Management, Planning, and Logistics experience in a similarly fast-paced MNC manufacturing environment.
  • Skills: Advanced skills in MS Excel, knowledge of freight/transportation and customs regulations, and experience in using ERP systems.
