Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with project managers to report on the progress of architectural work and identify potential discrepancies.
  • Interpret construction drawings to propose alternative materials or work methods for architectural work.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of specifications, drawings, scope, and sequence of work.
  • Coordinate and monitor the progress of architectural subcontractors to ensure quality assurance.
  • Liaise with suppliers to plan and manage the delivery of materials to site.
  • Submit materials, shop drawings, and method statements for approval before commencement of work.
  • Assist project managers in compiling handing-over documents, including as-built drawings.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Architectural Drafter in maincon companies.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, Microsoft Project, and other digital tools.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to interact with people at all levels.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese-speaking counterparts.
