Job Summary

The Privé Group is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Barista / Mixologist to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.

• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our food and beverage menus, making recommendations to customers and ensuring that their needs are met.

• Prepare the outlet for service, including mise-en-place, topping up of ingredients, and other preparatory tasks to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Provide exceptional customer service, preparing drinks orders, and making recommendations to enhance the customer experience.

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the outlet, adhering to high standards of hygiene and presentation.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required to support the smooth operation of the outlet.
