Job Title: ACMV Systems Coordinator

The primary role of the ACMV Systems Coordinator is to plan and execute projects that involve resource management, coordination with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare project schedules, drawings, and specifications in accordance with design and classification requirements.
  • Check and analyze drawings, authority requirements, and tender specifications to ensure compliance.
  • Monitor the quality of workmanship, implement correct working methods, observe safety rules and regulations, and attend technical and progress meetings with owners.
  • Visit construction sites to solve interferences and update as-built drawings.
  • Supervise testing and commissioning works and prepare checklists, procedures, and close-out comments for completed projects.
  • Prepare progress claims and follow up on the aftermath of projects.
Requirements:
  • A diploma or degree in M&E/LEW is mandatory, along with at least 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • Possess good communication skills, be independent and self-motivated, and have knowledge of design and implementation of ACMV systems.
