Partnership Development SpecialistRole Overview

The Partnership Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sponsorship strategies for key conferences and events. This includes building and managing a healthy sponsorship pipeline, conducting market research to identify emerging trends and partnership prospects, and crafting compelling sponsorship proposals.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic partnerships with corporate and government-linked organizations.
  • Secure high-value sponsorships across B2B events, conferences, or public-private initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to uncover emerging trends and partnership prospects.
  • Craft sponsorship proposals tailored to partner objectives and demonstrate event value.
  • Manage the sales lifecycle, from prospecting and presentations to negotiations and deal closure.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in sponsorship sales, business development, or strategic partnerships.
  • Proven track record of securing high-value sponsorships.
  • Solid network across corporate and/or government-linked organisations.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with success in outbound prospecting and closing complex deals.
  • Excellent communication and proposal writing skills.
