Baker Tilly Singapore is a reputable professional services firm seeking an experienced Restructuring & Recovery Lead Consultant/Assistant Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing restructuring and insolvency activities for new and existing clientele. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a portfolio of corporate restructuring and insolvency cases, including liquidation, judicial management, schemes of arrangement and individual bankruptcy.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Communicating and meeting with clients, creditors, legal counsel, and regulatory bodies to manage expectations and resolve issues.
  • Managing ad-hoc projects undertaken by the department like crisis management and other corporate advisory activities.

You should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal and client relationship skills. A degree or professional qualification in accounting is also required. Additionally, candidates with at least 2 to 3 years of proven and relevant insolvency experience will be considered for the lead consultant position, while those with more than 4 years of relevant experience may be considered for the Assistant Manager position.
