Capital Markets Sales Professional

We are seeking an experienced Capital Markets Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with qualified investors and introducing them to early-stage companies in the region.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who have a strong track record in private capital sales and want to take their career to the next level. You will have the chance to work with management and colleagues to achieve set business and financial goals.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and evaluate private capital market opportunities and generate client leads
  • Foster relationships with qualified investors committed to invest in early-stage to pre-IPO companies in the region
  • Support and advise early-stage businesses in their pursuit to raise capital
  • Work with management and colleagues in achieving set business and financial goals
  • Take responsibility for creating marketing memorandums to introduce companies to prospective qualified investors in the region
  • Adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements
Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you will need:

  • A relevant degree and at least 6+ years in a Private Capital market space
  • Experience in raising private capital markets either from buy-side or sell-side esp. with expertise in equity capital markets, structured share financing and M&A
  • Experience in dealing with corporates to build innovative capital raising solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A good market network to VC's, family offices and related across the region or beyond
