As an Internal IT Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability of our data processing and IT environment, as well as the effectiveness of our General IT Controls, IT Application Controls, and IT Reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct IT controls and audits, with a focus on Cyber Security, Data Privacy, and Segregation of Duties, to assess the reliability of our data processing and IT environment.
  • Perform operational audits to improve our business processes and internal controls, with a focus on ESG data and CSRD compliance.
  • Identify risk areas related to compliance, business processes, and internal controls, and develop improvement proposals to maintain and strengthen our internal controls.
  • Conduct compliance audits to ensure we meet internal and external regulations.
  • Contribute to the quality improvement of Internal Audit and Control, including training colleagues.
  • Support quarterly financial audits to assess the reliability of our financial information.

Requirements

  • Masters degree in IT Auditing or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT audit and assurance, preferably in a big four audit firm.
  • Experience with tech companies, including the semiconductor industry.
  • Experience with SAP and Quality Assurance.
  • Experience and/or affinity with ESG.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of the English language.
  • Ability to work/build relationships in both European and Asian business cultures.
  • Hands-on, pragmatic, flexible, accurate.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Risk Management and (Internal) Audit standards.
  • Experience with NIS2 directive is a prerequisite.
