Job Title: High-Performance Backend Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer to join our team. As a key member of our product development team, you will play a vital role in designing and building high-performance backend systems, driving architectural decisions, and guiding junior engineers to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java Spring Boot, Kotlin, or C#.
  • Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices aligned with industry best practices.
  • Architect cloud-native applications leveraging AWS services.
  • Define and manage database schemas, ensuring data integrity and scalability.
  • Ensure backend systems meet performance, reliability, and security standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Java Spring Boot, Kotlin, or C# (.NET Core).
  • Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Hands-on expertise with AWS, including AWS Lambda and serverless patterns, Amazon ECS or EKS, Amazon RDS and DynamoDB, Amazon S3, and AWS CloudFormation or CDK.
  • Proficiency in SQL with experience across relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Deep understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns (e.g., SOLID, DRY).
  • Skilled with Git, CI/CD practices, and automated testing frameworks (JUnit, TestNG, NUnit).
