Job Title:
Precision Fitting TechnicianJob Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Precision Fitting Technician to join our team. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for installing fittings (pins, inserts, tubing) into precision parts and components within a cleanroom environment.

You will ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to customer requirements, specifications, and strict cleanliness standards.

Additionally, you will support process implementation, perform administrative tasks in production, and assist with the movement and packaging of parts, which may require lifting and carrying loads.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Install fittings (pins, inserts, tubing) into precision parts and components according to established procedures and guidelines.
  2. Conduct pre-checks in the work area, tools, and equipment to ensure a clean and organized environment before fitting operations.
  3. Perform fitting operations accurately and efficiently, following instructions on process plans.
  4. Inspect installed fittings inserts for quality and accuracy, ensuring they meet specifications and requirements.
  5. Maintain and manage all recordings of fitting operations, including serial numbers, part numbers, and installation dates.
  6. Prepare parts for the next operation by packing them accordingly to defined procedures.
  7. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace, following 5S and cleanroom standards.
Requirements:
  • Nitec/Higher Nitec in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent course.
  • Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
  • Clear communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and Bill of Materials is preferred.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and manoeuvre loads safely.
  • Ability to work in a cleanroom environment, adhering to strict cleanliness standards.
  • Attention to details and quality standards.
