About the Position

This role requires a strong understanding of software reliability, system stability assurance, and high availability systems. You will work closely with our development team to identify and resolve any issues that may affect the reliability of our core system.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and maintaining operation and maintenance tools and platforms to ensure the reliability and availability of our core system.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement improvements based on data analysis and best practices.
  • Providing guidance for business architecture design and creating technical documents to support system stability assurance.
  • Promoting the improvement of service reliability, scalability, and performance optimization to ensure system SLA.
Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the online stability of our core system, including TikTok/Live, and responding quickly to any issues that may arise.
  • Participating in the development of operation and maintenance tools and platforms, with a focus on automation and efficiency.
  • Identifying system weaknesses and implementing improvements based on data analysis, including availability indicators, historical accidents, and resource utilization.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Solid knowledge of software reliability, system stability assurance, and high availability systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
