Lead Makeup Artist

As a key member of our organization, the Lead Makeup Artist will lead, guide, and develop a successful team of freelance makeup artists through demonstrated leadership, coaching, and mentoring.

The ideal candidate will have excellent product knowledge, strong coaching and mentoring skills, as well as experience in cosmetics, inventory management, and retail sales.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction
  • Maintain high-quality standards for all makeup products and services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine project scope and ensure timely delivery
  • Monitor and analyze inventory levels, wig show quality, and expenses to optimize financial targets

The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks to meet partner needs, and maintain a clear understanding of organizational guidelines and how they align with hair and makeup services.

This role requires flexibility with work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as well as the ability to travel up to 40% of the time.

The Lead Makeup Artist will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of makeup strategies, managing inventory and supplies, and ensuring that all makeup products and services meet high-quality standards.
