You're energized by the challenge of turning complex business concepts into practical, actionable strategies. Your approach is hands-on and results-oriented, always focused on creating real impact for individuals and teams. You keep up with the latest in executive development, leadership trends, and performance science, and you're always eager to share new insights that can drive meaningful growth.
You bring at least 5 years of professional experience in coaching, training, or facilitation, and you're just as comfortable leading an interactive workshop as you are designing a long-term leadership development program. What sets you apart is your genuine commitment to helping others grow—the satisfaction you get from seeing someone step into their potential, overcome challenges, and achieve breakthrough results.

About The Role
We are looking for experienced freelance trainers, coaches, and consultants who can deliver high-quality training programs to our clients. As a Business Coach, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training sessions, providing one-on-one coaching to clients, and contributing to the growth and development of our global community.
Duties And Responsibilities Include:
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions using a project-based learning approach.
- Brief and update the curriculum, including learning materials, projects, assignments, and assessments.
- Develop courseware, supplemental written materials, and learning content to ensure learners gain the necessary skills.
- Provide one-on-one coaching to clients, offering compassionate and constructive feedback.
- Contribute to the growth and development of our global community, working effectively with all members of our team.
