Job Description:

As a Tea Ambassador, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience by crafting and serving a variety of tea-based beverages. You will work closely with other baristas to take orders, prepare drinks, and provide timely service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Prepare beverage according to standardized recipes and customer preferences">
  • Provide friendly and attentive customer service, greeting customers warmly and assisting them in selecting their beverage based on their preferences and dietary restrictions">
  • Ensure knowledge of menu and products">
  • Accurately process customer orders, handle cash and electronic payments">
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the tea barista area">
  • Monitor tea inventory levels, report discrepancies, restock supplies, and communicate inventory needs to management">

Requirements:

">

Highly motivated and proactive individual with regular and punctual attendance. Prior working experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred but not mandatory. Training will be provided.
