We are seeking a highly skilled Building Maintenance Technician to join our team at THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities maintenance and be able to perform routine checks on electrical, air-conditioning systems, compressed air, and chilled-water systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair
    • Perform routine checks on electrical, air-conditioning systems, compressed air, and chilled-water systems to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns.
    • Contact and work with contractors for routine servicing and emergency repair to maintain the building in a daily operational state.
  • Facilities Management
    • Supervise vendors during renovation to ensure a smooth transition to new areas.
    • Maintain good housekeeping in AHU and switch room to ensure cleanliness of equipment and site.
  • Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting
    • Work with contractors and vendors to carry out schedules and supervise work on premises to ensure quality, cost-effective repairs and renovation.
    • Perform hands-on repair for sanitary and plumbing works, electrical works, and building works.
    • Carry out simple fault finding for telephone lines.
  • Additional Responsibilities
    • Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Minimum NTC education in Facilities, Electrical, Mechanical, or Building.
  • Experience
    • Services with 2 years of experience in building maintenance and facilities support.
  • Certifications
    • Certificate in Building Maintenance/Building Inspection will be an added advantage.
