A strong candidate will have profound experience in electronic trading in traditional and/or crypto markets, understanding liquidity dynamics (order books, market-microstructure, liquidity provision, etc.).

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in building up trading systems and teams, showcasing hands-on accomplishments and project management exposure.

We're looking for an inquisitive and adaptable professional who thrives in a high-impact role at the intersection of finance and technology.

Key Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related analytical field.
  2. 6+ years of experience in trading, finance, or related fields, with a focus on digital assets and FX.
  3. Strong proficiency in Python/NumPy/Pandas or similar technology stacks.
  4. Demonstrated knowledge of electronic trading in digital assets and/or FX markets.
  5. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and partners.
