About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Development Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to sales team members to improve their sales skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform sales strategies and optimize sales processes.
Requirements

To succeed as a Senior Sales Development Manager at ONEO2PLANTS PTE. LTD., you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the retail or B2B industry.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to analyze sales performance data and make informed decisions to drive sales growth.
What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including medical insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.
