Seize the Opportunity to Lead a Residential Estate

As a seasoned property professional, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential estate.

This includes managing the site team, ensuring maintenance and logistics run smoothly, and fostering strong relationships with residents and stakeholders.

  • Lead the site team to achieve high standards for service quality and create a collaborative work environment
  • Ensure the estate operates at peak performance by overseeing maintenance, daily logistics, and resident needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with council members, residents, and contractors
  • Oversee renewal and management of service agreements and insurance policies
  • Ensure compliance with building laws and regulations, maintaining a safe, legal, and up-to-code environment
  • Address feedback and complaints in a timely manner, turning challenges into opportunities for improvement
  • Organize and attend council meetings and AGMs to align stakeholders and inform decision-making
  • Manage financial transactions and develop annual budgets for fiscal control and forward-looking planning

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of condominium management experience, preferably with exposure to TOP projects
  • Excellent leadership and client relationship skills, with the ability to inspire a team and build strong rapport with residents and council members
  • Meticulous attention to ensuring all operations meet legal requirements and regulatory standards
  • Critical thinking and decision-making skills, with the ability to thrive in dynamic environments
  • Focus on delivering exceptional service to residents and stakeholders, creating a positive community environment
