Project Leadership Manager

We are seeking a hands-on project manager to lead the delivery of Kinetic PowerPack (KPP) and Diesel Rotary Uninterruptible Power Supply (DRUPS) engineered power solutions across Asia.

This role covers the full lifecycle from contract award to commissioning and final customer handover, requiring both technical expertise and strong stakeholder management skills.

  • Act as the primary contact for customers throughout the lifecycle of KPP/DRUPS projects.
  • Lead and coordinate planning, execution, testing, commissioning, and handover phases.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams for system design and technical integration.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with power systems experience.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing Kinetic PowerPack (KPP) or DRUPS projects.
  • Proven track record managing complex engineered power systems in energy/critical infrastructure.
  • Experience with gensets, high-capacity energy storage systems, or kinetic recovery solutions.
  • Strong project management expertise (scheduling, budgeting, stakeholder management).

About This Role:

This is an on-roll, full-time permanent role that requires a valid Work Visa for Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. Additionally, willingness to travel regionally for project/site activities is required.
