We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Deputy / Project Manager at The Private Advertiser. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing project progress, leading a team, and ensuring that all contractual requirements are met.

The ideal candidate will have a PE board bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a PEB degree in C&S, as well as a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction and infrastructure works. Strong computer literacy skills, particularly in MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD, are essential for this role. Additionally, good communication, leadership, and independent skills are required.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Site project management and overall responsibility for project progress
  2. Leading a project team and handling technical issues
  3. Assisting in tender preparation and attending meetings
  4. Ensuring capability to fulfill contractual requirements by reviewing tender documents/drawings and proposed construction methods
  5. Ensuring project (cost, resources, quality, schedule) is under control
  6. Handling client complaints and implementing corrective action
  7. Ensuring safe work procedures are implemented at site

This is a full-time position requiring a 6-day workweek. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package to the successful candidate.
