Sales and Service Expert

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through outstanding sales service.

  • Assess customers' needs and provide assistance and information on product features to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Work closely with colleagues to meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
  • Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas, ensuring a positive customer environment.
  • Proactively seek out customers in-store to engage them and drive sales.
  • Stay knowledgeable about available products and discuss options with customers to meet their needs.
  • Upsell relevant products to increase sales revenue.
  • Collaborate with co-workers to deliver top-notch customer service and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Build long-lasting relationships with customers based on trust and mutual respect.
  • Comply with inventory management procedures to maintain accurate stock levels.
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate, Sales Representative, or similar role is essential.
  • A solid understanding of sales principles and customer service practices is necessary for success.
  • Basic math skills are required for handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Familiarity with inventory procedures and customer dynamics is beneficial.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for building strong customer relationships.
  • A friendly and energetic personality with a focus on customer satisfaction is vital.
  • The ability to perform under pressure and address customer complaints in a timely manner is essential.
