Environment & Sustainability Director Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Environment & Sustainability Director to join our Asia team. This is a unique opportunity to lead the development and implementation of business growth strategies for our APAC E&S Hub.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and delivering performance results which expand the APAC E&S Hub's team and client base in Asia aligned with the Hub's strategic action plans. The role also involves contributing to and supporting the development and implementation of the Hub's strategic business/action plans.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing leadership and direction to multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects and programs across the full project life-cycle (engineering design, construction delivery, operations and closure).
  • Developing and implementing business growth strategies to expand the APAC E&S Hub's team and client base in Asia.
  • Contributing to the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Managing and overseeing large strategic projects or portfolios of work with key clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environment and sustainability services, with experience in a consulting environment providing high-impact business development skills. A proven track record of developing and implementing successful business growth initiatives is essential.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in an appropriate discipline or equivalent.
  • 15+ years relevant industry experience, including in a consulting environment.
  • Passion and drive for a sustainable future and to support and foster industry change.
