Senior Data Analyst

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in empowering our organization to make data-driven decisions. Here are some key responsibilities:

1. Lead bespoke research projects designed to help clients understand their brands, consumers and industries.

2. Help clients act on this understanding by creating actionable narratives from insights.

3. Execute research and storytelling plans that map to project objectives and timelines.

4. Present results delivery presentations to clients.

5. Provide research-driven recommendations that map to clients' business goals.

6. Facilitate workshops to help clients use Brandwatch tools to derive insights.

7. Deliver technical training sessions for the team.

8. Stay up-to-date with changes in Brandwatch tools, competitors and research industry.

We are looking for someone who has 4+ years of consumer research experience or data/statistical analysis, preferably with exposure to social media research. You should be able to create compelling stories from data and communicate effectively with clients. Additionally, you should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail and be able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
