Job Description

As a Customer Experience Strategist, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through data-driven insights and customer-centric strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative digital solutions that enhance the customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include staying current with the latest technologies and digital trends globally and locally to champion and drive the implementation of digital innovations for APAC business units. You will also lead a team of marketing professionals who oversee digital capabilities from requirement gathering to software deployment and production support.

You must have a deep understanding of customer needs, competitive offerings, analytical expertise, and up-to-date knowledge on technology trends. Five years' experience in Marketing Management with proven results in market or other relevant domain is required for this position.

Candidate must possess excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with global stakeholders, customer-facing teams, and back-office teams in APAC and beyond.
