Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our sales initiatives.

  • Develop and execute a business development strategy targeting pharmaceutical companies, biotech firms, research institutes, and healthcare organizations.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential clients for R&D lab space solutions.
  • Promote and sell training conferences for medical professionals focused on biosafety and BSL laboratory safety protocols.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, client needs, and competitive trends in the industry.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business cases to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in pharma, biotech, and healthcare organizations.
  • Track, monitor, and report on sales activities, targets, and revenue performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, build client relationships, and drive business growth.

Requirements:

Hold a degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field (MBA preferred).

Have 5+ years of business development/sales experience in pharma, biotech, healthcare, or related industries.

Strong knowledge of R&D lab space needs and familiarity with biosafety and laboratory safety protocols is an advantage.

Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage client relationships in a B2B environment.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
