Job Title: Regional Financial Strategist

Job Description:

As a key member of the HQ Regional Controllership Team in Sea Finance, you will play a vital role in leading the rollout of strategic initiatives and driving business growth across the region.

You will serve as a liaison between HQ Finance and LATAM finance teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication to achieve business objectives.

  • Oversee cash flow forecasts and projections to effectively manage cash balances
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures aligned with group level requirements and local GAAP
  • Lead critical projects in revenue recognition, process improvement, system implementation, and other group level initiatives
  • Identify potential finance and tax risks, propose solutions to management, and drive continuous improvement
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant full-time working experience
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Logical and analytical thinking skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with data management, statistics, and research methodology is a plus
