Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Food and Beverage

We are seeking a diligent customer service representative to join our team in the food and beverage department.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking food orders, preparing and wrapping foods, ensuring counter and frontline cleanliness and hygiene, and performing other duties as required.

The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, be able to work well in a team, and be willing to work rotating shifts, including opening and closing hours. They should also be able to carry at least 15kg stocks and replenish them when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking food ordering at counter
  • Preparing and wrapping foods for ordering
  • Ensure counter and frontline cleanliness and hygiene
  • Able to carry at least 15kg stocks, replenish stocks when necessary
  • Willing to work shift hour, able to long hour standing when is busy
