Job Title:

Senior Project Manager - NPI

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will lead multiple projects from inception to completion. They will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, ensuring timely execution of projects, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Key responsibilities include analyzing customer specifications, initiating team discussions on document gaps, and developing project timelines. The successful candidate will also monitor customer indices and review team performance regularly.

Additional responsibilities include driving productivity improvements, cost reduction in process integration, and collaborating with TPM/Sales/Customer on new design wins.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics, Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of engineering experience in semiconductor manufacturing industry
  • Project Management Certification preferred
  • Knowledge of bumping, assembly material interaction with package workmanship and reliability a plus
  • Expertise in WLCSP bumping process, DOE/SPC/FMEA/JMP/APQP standards desirable
  • Experience with Lithography, Sputter, Etching, Plating, Descum & Ball drop processes an asset
