Job Title: Senior ABA Therapist

STEP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Senior ABA Therapist to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Senior ABA Therapist to work with children with autism from 2 to 12 years old. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in ABA therapy and a strong passion for helping children with special needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take care of 10 to 15 children at any one point
  • Write IEPs and monthly progress reports
  • Develop effective behavioral management strategies
  • Conduct 1 to 1 home-based ABA therapy and school shadowing for children with autism
  • Train junior therapists
  • Arrange observation sessions for junior therapists
  • Schedule therapy sessions for clients
  • Conduct assessments and take data on every therapy session
Requirements
  • Positive, friendly, helpful, patient, and dependable
  • Strong passion to help children with special needs
  • Ability to work independently with high sense of responsibility and ethics
  • Willingness to travel to different locations for therapy
  • Uphold high integrity, enthusiastic, and display good work ethics
  • Detailed oriented
  • Able to follow clear SOP
