**Job Opportunity:**

Are you a skilled engineering professional seeking a new challenge? Do you have experience in leading technical teams and driving innovation?

As a Chief Technical Innovator, you will be responsible for overseeing all engineering activities on assignments. Your daily tasks will include ensuring efficient and cost-effective execution of activities related to all engineering disciplines within the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure automation and control solutions engineering and commissioning for allocated marine system projects are executed efficiently and cost-effectively, according to contract specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
  • Collaborate with project teams to clarify potential issues or provide solutions to rectify engineering errors.
  • Cacheteam members on translating conceptual designs to engineering documentation, including modeling, prototyping, and calculations.
  • Lead and supervise teams in all engineering disciplines (both in-house and outsourced) on projects.
  • Apply design thinking or design for excellence concepts in projects, including modeling, prototyping, simulation, and calculations.

Qualifications:

  • You have high skills in design and engineering of automation systems for Marine and Offshore projects.
  • You can demonstrate your knowledge in ABB PLC series, 800XA System, various communication standards & protocols, S/W revision tracking tools, OPC & Networking.
  • You possess enhanced knowledge in commissioning of Power and Energy Management Systems (PEMS), ESS Solution, IAS, Remote Control System (RCS), Enhanced Power Plant Protection System (EPPS).
  • You hold a degree or Master's in relevant Engineering discipline with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
  • You have knowledge on Marine Systems, classification society requirements for automation systems, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
  • You are passionate about collaborating and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • You are comfortable communicating in English.
