  • Assist consultants in ultrasound-guided procedures, providing expert technical support.
  • Oversee the smooth operations of the ultrasound section, ensuring proper equipment usage and maintenance.
  • Implement and observe quality assurance programs, identifying areas for improvement and driving system enhancements.
  • Deliver accurate and timely imaging outputs, meeting the highest standards of patient care.
  • Manage difficult situations, such as patient complaints and queries, with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring prompt and courteous interactions.
  • Ensure efficient patient turnaround times, minimizing delays and maximizing productivity.
  • Plan, organize, and prioritize tasks to ensure effective completion and timely delivery.
  • Adhere to safe work practices, prioritizing safety and infection control.
Requirements:

Minimum degree in Radiography/Sonography or similar, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
