Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp is essential for this position. The successful applicant will be able to assist in daily executive tasks, including design presentations, drawing production, project correspondence, and meeting minutes.
Liaison with consultants, site inspections, attending consultants' and site meetings, and drafting minutes of meetings, material specifications, and schedules of finishes are also key responsibilities of this role.
The Design Collaboration Associate will report to the Project Architect and work closely with the Senior Project Executive and Technicians to deliver high-quality results.
We are looking for a motivated individual who can prepare tender documentation and construction drawings, assist in conceptual and detailed design development, and liaise with suppliers' representatives regarding building specifications.
As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and contribute to the success of our organization.
- Assist the Project Architect with liaison with consultants, site inspections, attending consultants' and site meetings, and drafting minutes of meetings, material specifications, and schedules of finishes.
- Prepare tender documentation and construction drawings.
- Assist in conceptual and detailed design development.
