">Job Description:
">Manage employee life cycle administration and operational functions ensuring smooth, accurate, and efficient execution of HR processes in support of employees and management. This role oversees and manages the employee lifecycle from hire to exit, focusing on data integrity, employee data management, payroll input processing, and improving HR systems and processes.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and build Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve process administration;">
- Collaborate with stakeholders across People teams to create holistic processes and procedures;">
- Owning HR Operations reporting review for end-to-end People Operations areas, leveraging reporting dashboards and SLAs;">
- Overseeing the HRMS and related tools to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and analytics supporting decision-making and actionable insights into service delivery and effectiveness.">
- Generating and maintaining employee data and reporting such as headcount, attrition, HR process metrics, and analytics;">
- Acting as an SME in HR projects within assigned area of responsibility;">
- Ensuring payroll inputs (regular & life cycle change events) are reviewed and shared with finance team and other stakeholders.">
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">A Bachelor's degree preferred; 5-8 years of experience in Human Resources or related fields with expertise in HRIS systems, Workday a plus. Self-starter mentality with ownership, adaptability, excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to drive HR processes and improve employee experience, analyzing data for tough reporting a plus.
