Facilities Maintenance Associate

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our facilities maintenance team as a Facilities Maintenance Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough cleaning and maintenance tasks in designated areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Maintain adequate supply levels by restocking essential items such as toilet paper, hand soap, and other materials.
  • Cleanliness of the pantry, janitorial area, and waste disposal zones is also a key responsibility.
  • Vacuum or sweep floors to maintain a tidy environment.
  • Ensure prompt disposal of waste by emptying rubbish bins and clearing trash into designated disposal areas.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of shower rooms and diligently sanitize tabletops, shelves, and partitions to uphold hygiene standards.
  • Promptly report any instances of damaged items or suspected issues to appropriate personnel for resolution.
  • Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Strong housekeeping and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to arrange and manage inventory effectively.
  • Proficiency in using SOAP, spa, sanitation, and waste disposal procedures.
  • Physically fit with the ability to lift and move equipment as needed.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
