IT Director Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Director to lead our team in managing all aspects of Information Technology.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage, maintain and upgrade all IT infrastructure, hardware and databases for optimal performance locally and overseas.
  • Lead support, customization and enhancements for ERP Systems and Applications.
  • Administer firewall and security systems, manage IT policies/SOPs and liaise with auditors.
  • Provide technical leadership to the IT team, manage, train and develop their skills.
  • Prepare budgets, source vendors and propose cost-saving IT solutions for business operations.
  • Design and maintain the company website and provide front-line support and troubleshooting.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Degree in IT or related field with 2+ years of experience.
  • 4-6 years of experience in ERP Systems, Full SDLC and at least 1 full ERP implementation.
  • Technical Skills: MS SQL, Crystal Reports, Web/Domain Management.
  • Prior roles: Systems/Network Engineer, DBA, Security Analyst or ERP Analyst.
