As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for the consolidation of financial statements for the group, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS and statutory legislation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consolidate financial statements for the group, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Review management accounts prepared by team members, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
  • Prepare and file quarterly GST returns, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the corporate secretary for XBRL filing, ensuring seamless integration with our financial reporting processes.
  • Perform analytical review on consolidation statements, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Prepare group forecast and SGX announcements, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors on all audit matters, ensuring a smooth and efficient audit process.
  • Review tax computations and liaise with tax agents, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the implementation of accounting policies, procedures, and process improvements, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Accountancy/ACCA or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial consolidation, preferably within a listed company or an audit firm.
  • Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and statutory legislation.
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proactive with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience in managing or supervising a team is a plus.
