Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Food Service Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our food service department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and safety of our meals.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare ingredients for cooks by washing, peeling, cutting, and slicing.
  • Supervise meal distribution, preparation, and organisation.
  • Perform regular checks on cooked and uncooked food quality and quantity.
  • Assist kitchen staff to unload food supplies from delivery trucks.
  • Clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, cooking instruments, and cutting boards.
  • Store ingredients and food items according to food safety standards.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Essential Requirements:
  • Certificate in Food Hygiene Audit.
  • At least 2 years of commercial/healthcare experience.
  • Desirable Skills:
  • Prioritise people centricity and multi-cultural interaction.
