Job Title: Senior Drafter and Quantity Surveyor

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing project tender submissions, including bills of quantities, check tender drawings, and material specifications. They will also manage subcontract issues, attend site meetings, and ensure the smooth completion of projects.

  • Reports to Project Director
  • Quantity Survey for Subcontract Works (Civil)
  • Prepare project tender submission including bills of quantities, check tender drawing, and material specifications & other documents.
  • Prepare and submit monthly progress claims, VO, and finalization of accounts
  • Manage Subcontract issues from time to time
  • Attend site meetings for site progress coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making leading to successful project completion.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need a degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering, with at least one year of working experience in quantity surveying. You should be proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD, and have excellent communication skills.
