Finance Advisory Expert

At our Shared Service Centre, we are seeking an experienced Finance Advisory Expert to join our team.

The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs and SSC leaders in APAC, providing guidance on finance delivery center strategies and service design.

  • Develop and implement transformation plans to optimize financial operations, enhance cash flow management, and streamline processes.
  • Conduct benchmarking analyses to identify best practices in O2C and P2P processes, including invoice cycle times, payment exceptions, and duplicate payments.
  • Translate market trends into practical frameworks and maturity models that guide clients through transformation of core O2C/P2P processes.
  • Collaborate with product and platform teams to integrate digital solutions into the P2P and O2C lifecycle.
  • Design and deliver strategic finance solutions for clients, including centralized vendor payments, automated reconciliation, and workflow optimization.
  • Lead client workshops focused on finance transformation, pain point identification, and roadmap development.
  • Utilize diagnostic tools to evaluate SSC process performance and identify automation opportunities.
